Avo - worst idea, worst customer service - CALL ME BACK

I'd like to give Avo less than half a star but no way to do that. I've been e-mailing about a refund since last week and no one calls back. All you get are automated e-mails promising a call back. It's basically theft. No customer service, no idea what they're doing. Do not buy from them.
