Avo Superdrop, ****

I have been requesting my delivery to be expedited on numerous occasions, the delivery date has passed. I checked social networks, most customers are complaining about the same issue that Avo now looks like a ****. The agent I spoke to even told me he has a long list of clients who he has to send follow ups to, none of the agents on the Avo app chats even have names, very *****. Such a shame they are linked to a big bank like Nedbank.
