Avo not delivering or giving money back

I ordered a coffee machine from Avo in Nov. After a month delivery never took place. Each time I phoned I was told the the query will be "escalated" to Hirsch. Then I cancelled after several attempts to get it delivered. It has been 2 weeks now after cancellation and I haven'tn received my money back. When I call it is the same "we will escalate the query and get back to you" story. Which nobody ever does get to you. I am afraid this is going to be a struggle to get my money of more than R5000 back.
