Avo By Nedbank worse online retailer I ever used!!

It won't allow me to write a review on Avo.

Nedbank I am not sure how you guys allow Avo to use your name to get customers but they dragging your number through the mud and making me want to cancel everything I have with Nedbank with the bad service I receive from them.

Firstly, I ordered items that were on special and later to find out that the pricing was wrong and they will cancel all my orders(first time a company doesn't honor advertised pricing). They provided a voucher for the mess up which I declined but they wouldn't accept my order even when they sent me a confirmation and invoice for my order (clearly using clickbate for sales). So I placed an order on the 10th June for a heater and a hair clipper. Heater was delivered on the 20th (first they dropped my package at the wrong house) the heater was faulty and I proceeded to load the return on the 20th. Its friday now and the heater is still not collected. Hair clipper had the wrong description on the site and they asked if they rectify it and if I will accept which I have. It is the 24th and still haven't receive my hair clipper. To think of it, I placed the order on the 10th and still haven't received my items. How you allow Avo to do this kind of brand damage to Nedbank is unbelievable. The worse online retailer I have ever used.
