Just don't bother. This is a ****! I have been waiting for a refund promised on the 8th of Dec, again on the 15th and than on the 22nd. It still hasn't come through and when you call them you deal with rude people who don't know how to conduct themselves with customers. It's disgusting honestly! I'm very disappointed and upset.
