Avo by Nedbank and Rectron defect product

I used your Avo by Nedbank app to purchase this RCT MP T1000s by rectron last year september 2022 and it only worked for a few months, now i cant even my tv during loadshedding. It beeps when i connect it. How can you as Nedbank and Avo allow that Rectron sells a defected product which was not properly tested. I checked with them and they said that they found a defect with their Lithium LO batteries and they are now replacing them with Lithium I-on batteries at a cost to me.

im not prepared to pay for defected product and im either expecting a full refund or this item to be fixed . The product is less than a year old.
