Pathetic service. I had purchased an electric blanket in July that failed to heat up. The return process was awful as I had to continuously engage to confirm when the return would be collected. I was informed that the return/refund process would be completed after 14 days from collection. However, this is not the case. I am still battling to secure my refund. I have shared credit card statements and I am being told that the refund was back dated. I check my statement and there is no evidence of this.

I have requested a call from a Manager at AVO. No response, instead I am met with emails. On calling the call center, the team are not capable of understanding this and repeatedly ask for the same thing. When requesting to speak to a manager, another agent takes the call and says they will explain again. I want my refund.
