AVO are useless so don’t ever use them

I ordered groceries from woolies food using the avo app. I ordered fresh cold pressed juice, fresh milk and frozen hake fish and ****ins and mushrooms. I was told delivery will be around 4 pm. I received a message that the items were purchased and they were going to deliver. I never got the delivery and got no feedback. When I called and messaged I was told there was a delay and I should expect delivery soon. I only got feedback when I called. Eventually it was late at night and I called again. I was told the driver is gone home. I asked what about my fresh juice and milk etc. i was then told the driver had a fridge at home and will keep all my groceries with him!!! I was shocked. This was ridiculous and avo are so unprofessional and useless. I asked to cancel my order.
