AVO app purchase disaster or theft?

Hi, please stay away from ordering from the Avo app. I ordered groceries on the 8th of July at about 1pm. Basket was for +-R350. Today is the 10th of July and i still have not received my groceries or a refund in my account.

I requested feedback and the agent is asking ME if I received my parcel. Pathetic.
