AVO App disgrace

Purchased a TV on the Nedbank Avo App. After numerous challenges with the app and the team the TV was delivered. The TV was damaged, could not get hold of anyone via the contact center. Eventually contact was made by an agent however I was sent in circles. For longer than a month now I have no TV and money down the drain. A very poor shopping experience and a poor functioning app that cannot even track order or delivery movements.
