I placed an order on the 5/12 and to date, i have not received my order. The order was for a fridge which I need desperately. but the agents have no clue on when the delivery will take. Each time, we will escalate .. to whom does this get escalated. how can you not know when the delivery will happen.. advertise an item u dont have stock off and give me the runaround on delivery. LETS GET ON OUR HANDS AND KNEES AND PRAY AND THE LORD WILL GIVE US AN ANSWER ON A DELIVERY DATE. THEY ARE ESCALATING EACH TIME .WHICH I GUESS IS NOT BEING ESCALATED . ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS.. THE WORST SERVICE EVER .....
