AVO Africa is the worst service by far.

I made an order with AVO africa on the 28th of November 2022, paid up and the system promised to deliver by the 7th of December 2022.

This purchase was the worst decision I have ever made. Basically the worst service I have ever received, compare it to home affairs all you like. To this day I am still awaiting the delivery or some sort of date as to when they will deliver. The order tracking system is also ****py. I have made many enquiries and the response I got was the same, “we are escalating to our suppliers, we will revert back…”

I have put my plans on hold with the hope that one day sooner I will get a call to say we are here to deliver.

Best advice I can give, stay away from AVO Africa. Not the best place to purchase anything. Now I will only pray I get the item I ordered or my money back in full since it’s seemingly headed to that. To think this is a NEDBANK initiative, I am out of words.
