Automatic bank feeds DO NOT WORK

This is for both Nedbank and Sage Accounting. The automatic bank feeds DO NOT WORK. I have spent many hours with both companies trying to get the bank feeds to work. Sage blames Nedbank and vice versa. After another half hour on the phone with Sage, now none of the bank feeds work. Company A bank feeds were working last week, transactions were there till 29Nov. Now I have no transactions at all for company A and B.
