Authorization Shift Allowance

I worked for Nedbank in February 2009 to February 2012 at the Authorization department. early this year, my former colleagues informed me that there is money being paid out of night shift allowance and that we need to claim.

i need had no luck getting any feedback from Nedbank and the HR ladies for Authorization. I have called, sent emails and with no feedback.

I called the HR lady yesterday and she asked that i call her today as she was out of office. icalled her this morning and she advised that I call her after 20 mins, she has not been taking my calls since then, nor do they respond to emails.

i just want to find out when I will be getting paid, how much and why it is taking this long to get feedback.
