Attorney Erasmus Threat

I owe Nedbank money and made arrangements with their legal department to pay off my loans. I was unaware of 1 that had apparently gone legal with Attorney Erasmus. every month my debit order with Nedbank Legal goes off without a hitch . today I get a call from Ray at Attorney Erasmus threatening me with the sheriff if I don't pay them R400.00 a month. when I explained that I cant afford to pay this Ray got rather abusive and told me that when I took the loan from Nedbank I never told them that I couldn't afford to pay. I told him that I could afford it then but have since lost my well paying job and was unemployed for over a year. I now have a job that pays half of what I earned before and he said that wasn't their problem it was mine. I offered to send a list of expenses as well as my bank statements and payslips but apparently my offer of a lower payment of R50 -R100 is not acceptable and he will see me in court. I am a single mom who doesn't get maintenance with a minimum wage job. I offered what I can afford without taking the food from my child's mouth. if I pay R400.00 a month then I must either give up eating or give up my flat. I have lost everything and yet he threatens to
