Attend to customers some of us we come to bank during our break

Netbank in ferndale have very poor customer care, we sat for an hour like headless chickens not being attended, manner of approach was sickening, when we where assisted we where told we need to make an appointment for the club, and they left us unattended chit chatting amongst them selves.
