Attemp to Login with my credentials

@Nedbank I collected my cards today at the Nedbank in Sandton City , i was then told to download the Money App. I did the dowload and next thing i receive notification that an Iphone7,1 was attempting to download the app. after phoning @Nedbank they made be delete the previous Money App and download the new app and the consultant tells me my phone is linked as a iPhone 7,1 and i correct him that my phone is a Iphone6 plus and he tells me @Nedbank identifies a iphone 6 plus as a 7 plus. i am really disappointed, i hope i get help
