Atrocious Service

I called into the Nedbank call centre at the end of March to change my credit card debit order. this was not done and at the end of April i was charged on an account that i no longer use. This has now affected my credit score an has left me with a missed debit order on my profile. please can you rectify urgently as this is really Atrocious service
