Atrocious Customer Service

Absolute joke of a customer service experience! Lazy *********** staff unwilling to assist in resolving queries on time, complaint raised and manager could not resolve my query they seem to have forgotten about me. Really Poor! I expected so much more from a well reputed company in Nedbank seem like I will be changing.
