Atrocious Banking Service - Nedbank Woodlands

Hi! Giving them 0 rating would be a compliment. The staff don't wear name badges. Yesterday I was helped to enroll for online banking. This took 31/2 hours. At 4pm the cameras were put off. They forced me to download the Nedbank Money App on my phone and then started taking the phone from me to handle which is clearly against banking regulations. There is a serious culture prob;em with this branch.
