ATM's out of order

Nedbank bloed mall service is bad whoever is responsible for loading ATM's cash doesn't do their job efficiently. I got there and the was only one ATM working mind you its attached to the branch meaning it should take about 10 minutes to load cash and the machine its been down the whole day. According to the security guard he inform the staff that the machine has ran out of cash in the morning and they said to him give us an hour. The hour turn into hours and then the other machine it was also down instead of loading cash they kept on pipping at that glass thingy on the door asking the guard if all machines are down. They are fully aware that the other machine its been down the whole day eventually 30 minutes later one machine was running. IT WAS ON THE 15/12/2017 ON A FRIDAY A DAY BEFORE A PUBLIC HOLIDAY ALL MOST 70% OF PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THEY GOT PAID ON THAT DAY. NOW WE HAD TO STAND HOURS IN A CUE AND THE LINE WAS NOT EVEN THAT LONG COMPARED TO THE OTHER BANKS BUT TIME SPENT IT WAS LONGER.
