ATMs closed at month end

All ATMs at the Rustenburg Spar Square Nedbank branch were closed on Thursday 6pm. I had to get cash and rushed to the Waterfall Mall branch before the mall closed. Surely the bank can make sure that the atms are open with cash for month end?
