ATMs always not working

<p>This is probably the 3rd time in 2 years I am complaining about the Nedbank ATMs in Mount Frere in the Eastern Cape which are always not working, especially after the month end. There are 3 ATMs in this town and it's a rare sight to find all of them working and one has to always use ABSA, FNB or Standard Bank ATMS to withdraw money since their ATMs are always working 100%. I've just been to the 1 ATM that is working which is situated outside the Nedbank branch at the Shoprite Mall and the queue is extremely long and I ended up going to withdraw at a Standard Bank ATM where there was no long queue, all the ATMs were working and there was even a Standard Bank employee assisting the eldery and those that are not fami**** with using ATMs. The last time I made a complaint to Nedbank about the same issue a whole lot of promises were made by them but the problem did not stop. I am even considering moving my salary to my Capitec account because it's seems like the bank I have been using for 8 years does not value its Mount Frere customers.</p>
