ATM went offline with my money

Good day

I was in Giyani preparing my husband's funeral and i deposited an amount of R10 900 as i was about to put the last R100 for it be R11 000 ATM switched off and waited for it to be on again, unfortunately by the time it gets ON my deposit option was not there it was a new screen altogether. I then went inside the bank for assistance and i was told that the money will be returned back to me on the 19 September.
