ATM Takes my cash

On Saturday at 10h18 I did a cash deposit at the Brackenfell branch ATM. The macine shut down mid trabsaction. It kept my money, R7800 and it does not reflect in my account. I went into the bank immedately and lodged a complaint. I was told that the ATM people must come out and balance thd machine and that my money would be i. My account by Tuesday. It is now Tuesday and it has been confirmed that the query is not resolved yet. It is not a cheque i n question but cash. Surely there are cameras to confirm my query. How di I know the person doing the balancing does not pocket my money. I want this resolved TODAY
