Atm swallowed my cash

04 /12/2020 15:50 The ATM swallowed my cash deposit! I have just returned from the bank, where I attempted to make a deposit. Unfortunately, the bank swallowed my cash deposit, with no confirmation or receipt. Here are the details.

Amount: R6000 Time : 04 December 2020 15:50 ATM Location: Cradlestone Mall next to the branch Reference used: 708698 Exactly after the incident I went inside the branch and the consultant logged a query: Nedbank. Your ATM query has been registered. The reference number is 708698 And she told me that the branch manager will attend my query and I will get response the following day and on Saturday I got an sms like this: Nedbank. Your ATM query reference number 708698 has been reviewed and was declined. Please contact ***for more information. Of which I couldn’t understand exactly what did that mean and I phoned Nedbank Contact Centre and they where surprised with the kind of reference num and they logged another query for me: Dear, Sir Thank you for contacting Nedbank with your query. A case has been logged with the following reference number:***1

I’m really not happy with Nedbank as I trusted the bank with my money but all of sudden I have to suffer....honestly I need my money back..
