Atm *****s money

So is there any kind of service left in this country ? Where the service provider gives a **** about you as the customer or are you just an income to them and they don’t really care if you leave or not. I deposited money at a Nedbank atm , money that i need to buy new supplies for my business. So since Wednesday i am out of pocket. The machine simply took my money no slip nothing… equipment error… so much for peace of mind. Now the client has to wait 2-5 working days for that money ? Which business can wait that long? No phone call , no messages , no apologies. But service fees for sure that they will take.
