ATM's AT THE END OF THE MONTH
<p>I am a Government Pensioner and do not have transport so collect mine and my husbands pension from Pick 'n Pay the closest weekend after the first of the month. Over the last 4 -5months the ATM has been down twice and had to go back to deposit the cash 2 -3 times each. Today Saturday 3rd got the cash and the machine was on but the deposit application was not working. Cannot deposit our pensions no good going back on Sunday no-one will fix it so will have to wait until Monday pm and try to deposit the money. Boksburg Central has no machines outside. Carnival Mall to far. </p>

Nicolas Govender Executive Resolution Manager from Nedbank contacted me and phoned the area Manager in charge of the ATMs in our area and promised that machines will be emptied twice a day at the end of the month until another deposit machine is put in to help with deposits at month en.
His service was efficient, very apologetic and qucik.
