ATM RETAINED MY MONEY NEDBANK REFUSING TO PAY ME BACK

Deposited money at a nedbank ATM,ATM retained my money...l immediately called their emrgency line l was given a reference..l called again first thing the following morning only to be advised that l need to personally go to the branch with my slip l got from the ATM, went to the branch l was advised they will investigate..to date l havent received my money nor feedback from nedbank...l need my money...this is totally unacceptable
