ATM QUERY

On the 28/06/2023 i was at protea gardens at Nedbank ATM .while i was withdrawing money the ATM decided to reset it self i couldn't get my transection i told the people who works at Nedbank they told me to call the call center to assist me so ive been waiting for them to send me my money back. They gave me the reference number only
