ATM QUERY 800549 . Poor customer service and experience

I’m really disappointed 😔 on the 7th October 2021 I made a deposit of R6,000.00 at the Brooklyn Atm and my deposit was unsuccessful because of an error by the atm and my money was retained by the ATM . On the 8th first thing in the morning I went into the Brooklyn branch to report the issue and was given an atm query reference 800549 . And was advised that by Monday Money would be paid in. And still nothing.. I am really tired of nedbank I always get ****pie service.
