ATM Query

I have been a local client and this week you proved that you’re truly the worst bank to bank with. You said funds owed to me were credited which was your error and come back to me and say they don’t reflect after my contacting you. You have been giving me the run around the whole week, keeping me on hold for 30mins and more.
