ATM payment

ATM payment done, lost my receipt all of a sudden i am in arrears did went to Nedbank Menlyn mall and logged a call asking them to search on they cameras on ATM server to look for my deposit, it is now exactly x2 months i am waiting for someone to let me know why the deposit was not successfull.
