ATM not working that's so bad service

ATM deposit in Montague gardens Nedbank just became out of order on my turn the lady advise in 20 minutes it's going to reset we are going to 30 if not 40 minutes. This is an inconvenience because inside it's too expensive to deposit. The money you deposit will be minus may be 100 rands. It's 2 ATM machines but only 1 can deposit. I don't have money to just give the bank. Can you please come up with workable solutions for us clients. This is so pathetic.
