ATM not working

I received an sms advising to deposit funds to cover debit order sent to your atm at Walmer Park, no deposit function available, so on Thursday I went to 6th ave walmer, same problem,, then debit order returned, today I received another sms, so I went to cape rd and again couldn't deposit. Phoned your call centre now and guy told me I had to go into bank, this is impossible during lunch as your ticket system takes forever and he told me I should have waited, sorry my Job only allows me 1 hour and now now Nedbank is open on a Sunday non PE I asked him to put a note on not to return as I Will deposit first thing Monday morning, he told me they can't, so hoe I get penalised as your atm don't work and branches are not open on Sunday's I have photos and call logs of the atm I tried, seriously the service leaves a lot to b desired considering the size and your ads
