ATM Nedbank

On the 26th of May I went to the ATM in Village Mall Hartbee****rt to withdraw some money which was my last R100, whilst I was busy after the card came out before the money came out the machine switched off, it went black, I called the security, we stand there waiting for it to come back, after like 10 minutes it came back but my money didn't come out, We called Nedbank with the security I was told I should call back after an hour that's it will show, I called after that hour I was given a ref number *** and was told to call the following day. The following day I called with another promise, I called again on the following day and was told I should call on the 1st, and today is the 1st when i call I'm told it is still processing, I must wait, how longust I wait for my money, this money was my last I don't have, it's a lot to me even if it's R100. What must I do to get my money back
