ATM ***** case delayed by more than 6weeks

I opened a case in November and I wrote a review on hellopeter a week ago but I haven’t received any feedback through hellopeter or from Nedbank directly.

I was told I need to get a police affidavit for my case to be finalized and I did but the lady who is responsible for the case Mohau Tshabalala keeps on telling me that she’s waiting for an atm footage and it’s been more than a month even though they promised me that their turn around time is 4-6weeks, that has passed.

Nedbank is pathetic!
