ATM fault (retained money)

I was depositing money in my account for an important transfer at an ATM on the 18th of May at Chris Hani Crossing in Vosloorus which was R1000, the ATM returned R700 and retained R300 of which i was suppose to get it back but i didn't and i did not get a Slip (ATM : Z084) and i went to the Bank to make an query And my quary ID :754573 has not been attended by i have got a response and I'm in need of that money financialy
