Atm failure

I am very unhappy with Nedbank services. I am a Nedbank client. I tried making a deposit into my account at an atm. While it was validating my deposit the atm failed I did not get my money back. I went into the bank got a reference 2nd day waiting. Its a big inconvenience now I must suffer for there equipment failure I needed the money to buy something on the day.
