ATM error
On the 31 July 2019 i visited the nedbank brunch in lakeside mall benoni to do a deposit around 14:57 and i was trying to deposit in the outside ATM and after i inserted my cash in the ATM an error message popped up saying my deposit didn't go through but my cash was not returned to me and there was no one to help me outside nor inside the brunch now i have lost R200 because of there was no service. I am honestly disappointed as i bank with nedbank,i then sent through an email complaining about my experience on the 2nd of August 2019 they then sent through a case reference no:***5 but I have been waiting since then, and they don't even bother to communicate with me or tell me how far are they with my case.
