ATM Equipment Failure. Money lost.

Someone sent money via cashless withdrawal. After struggling to find an ATM with the correct multiples of cash I needed, the ATM proceeded to take 5 minutes saying processing.

Then immediately said equipment failure and didn't give a receipt or the money I was withdrawing.

When I tried again it immediately said voucher has expired and I can't seem to get help.
