ATM DEPOSITS

My frustrations are beyond me.

Yesterday i had to make an urgent deposit to my husbands account, as he was stranded and needed money urgently. I got to the nedbank atm and made a deposit of R900 and the machine pushed out a slip saying 'transaction cancelled" but my money was nit returned by the machine. To my surprise I went inside the branch for assistance and one of the consultants "assisted" by telling me i have to wait three working days to receive the money back or to wait for SBV to check if its stuck in the machine or what. My frustrations were not calmed and she was very non-chalant about the whole thing. I know i will not get my money back because it has happened before and the whole thing was a dead end. I want my money back from Nedbank!!!!
