ATM DEPOSIT UNSUCCESSFUL..MONEY TAKEN BY ATM BUT NEVER DEPOSITED TO THE ACCOUNT

I am disappointed with the service I have received from NEDBANK. My reference for my query is *** . I tried to make a deposit on the 25th September 2023 but the ATM went out of service while I was busy depositing the notes AND the transaction was not successful and I received a receipt stating TRANSACTION CANCELED and the money was never returned. I have called numerous times to try to rectify the situation and have spoken to numerous consultants such as Landiwe , Nhlanhla Sanele Ndlela and I was told I will get response but there was no feedback at all. I AM FLABAGASTED!
