ATM deposit failure

On the 24 of December 2019, I went to Balfour Park mall to deposit money. The system gave me an error said some of my notes are to be returned, nothing was returned it gave me a cancellation slip, I stood there hoping something will happen only for the machine to return to normal screen. I quickly went inside banking hall and reported matter.they told me it would clear in two days. ATM NJ823 . Transaction time 13:28. On Friday 3rd of January I went back I got assistant from a helpful gentleman but he also had limits to the matter, he gave me reference number 588538, however he got back to me within two days stating that the atm department did a system audit they could not refund me coz atm Balanced. If that is the case please look at your cctv footage based and tell me where my money went to. I don’t want your stories I just want my money deposited, as a customer I request you do a physical /practical audit to the mentioned atm 6000 rands is a lot of money, hence stop sending me massages that I have to pay my account when you are withholding my money.
