ATM deposit ****** by Nedbank

Deposited money into a nedbank ATM. ATM went off during the transaction whilst my money was in the ATM. Nedbank does not have anyone capable of doing the recon for almost 2 weeks. Now they request me to run around for my own deposit. Don't trust Nedbank
