ATM debit card *****

I want to thank thank Kate Botsane, the Nedbank complaint manager she handled my ATM ***** case very professional, in the beginning of this case it was very frustrating, I called the Nedbank ***** department and was sent from pillar to post without any resolution, I also went to the branch in Jabulani mall but still had not been able to get help, until I decided to write to the complaint department where my case was assigned to Kate Botsane, she kept on calling me and assuring me that she will give me all the help I need, she spoke like a friend needed in that time, my problem was resolved and I'm very grateful to her and Nedbank complaint department.
