ATM cash Deposit 😭💔

NEDBANK OR Tambo… I had cash that I was trying deposit and the machine swallowed my money & Bank Card. Upon asking for assistance I was told it will take 5 days for them to assist me or get back my money… with Nexbank it’s always a BIG story… even when you do a an instant payment to someone that you get charged for the person you transferring to will ONLY get the Instant money after 5 hrs…. What’s an instant payment? When you deposit cash after hours on the ATM machine you will ONLY get your cash reflecting on your account after 48hrs… you can’t even transfer after hours as again there’s a delay… nedbank is still living in the old century and their service is just pathetic. And based on the complaints I’ve seen in hello Peter… they don’t even respond to their customers
