ATM *****

I'm not happy about Nedbank on the first of May I tried to withdraw a sum of R4000 on the ATM selgro church Street PMB and there was en error on that amount and I received en sms that says it was reversed then I tried R3000 it's says the samething but I never get en sms that says it's reversed mind you it was a holiday so the following day I went to branch in church Street PMB I told them my story they made en ATM request and then they told me that the money will be in my account within 5 day but I didn't get my money back I went back after 5days the were offline so that was my day off at work so I waited for another 5day went back to branch in Edendale mall the lady who was helping me said my request was cancelled and she send en email and we make another request she told me that I will get my money within 24hour but it didn't happen I went back again to Nedbank church Street PMB that when they told me that the money come out after I left and it's was100 rands only the only thing she said after is sorry there is nothing we can do bull I bank with Nedbank and I only earn R5500 that took R3000 just like that they have a lot of ***** because they are the one who need to secure the ATMs to prevent and protect there clients I will never recommend Nedbank to anyone
