ATM at KWAGA MALL stole my money

Tried t withdraw R2000 at Kwaga Mall ATM Y783 yesterday 31-01-24 at 13:15. ATM became faulty while counting. Thereafter voucher said redeemed. I am so frustrated that i have to be sent from pillar to post until now. 24hrs later. how difficult is it to just verify this and sort it out??????? (REF ***). Terrible service from that branch too. I WANT MY MONEYYYY!!!!!
