ATM always offline on month end!

I have lost count of how many times in the past couple of years that I have reported the Nedbank ATM at their Mount Frere branch in the Eastern Cape, around month end the ATM is always out of service and I always have to use ATMs from other banks and incur unnecessary bank charges. Last night around 7pm I needed cash for an emergency and as per usual the above mentioned ATM and another Nedbank ATM at the Shoprite were out of service and I had to go withdraw at Standard Bank. It's now clear to me how Capitec overtook Nedbank to become SA's fourth-largest bank by value, it's because of Nedbank's poor service. As they've been doing for the past years they'll get someone from the complaints department and someone from the branch to call me and apologize and make pathetic promises that the issue will not happen again. I am done complaining it is time for me to move to a bank with better service.
